Quality Procedure

The purpose of this application is to train the staff of an assembly plant to certify users in the correct use of tools and parts to be assembled at the workstations. It also specifies all the steps involved in carrying out their tasks. The steps are followed by instructions that help promote user safety during the processes, accompanied by appropriate signage.

Throughout the training modules, special emphasis is placed on the quality of the assemblies, so that the user can pay closer attention and identify when a part meets all the quality standards, allowing it to proceed to the next stages of production.

The application features a menu where the training supervisor inputs all relevant data to create a profile. This profile records which modules the user has completed, along with details such as errors, successes, times, and other types of data. This information is sent to a database for collection and cataloging, in order to determine whether the trainee has passed or failed the process. If the result is passing, the user can be certified by the company and proceed to production.

The application has two modes: a tutorial mode and an evaluation mode. The tutorial mode guides the user step by step through the module process. This is achieved through various elements within the app that communicate all the necessary information to the user, both visually and audibly. The evaluation mode, on the other hand, focuses solely on the user completing the process without assistance, allowing them to test what they have learned in the tutorial mode. At the end of the evaluation, the user's correct and incorrect actions are provided, so that it can be determined whether the user needs to retake the training.
