Automotive Training

This application is essential for training new employees joining the production lines at the plant. It includes two modes: tutorials and assessments.

Employees navigate through modules tailored to their specific roles in the production plant. Modules can be started individually or grouped as needed. Each module immerses users in a virtual environment that faithfully replicates real-life scenarios, including workstation layouts, safety points, tool locations, and raw material handling areas.

This realistic virtual training helps employees become familiar with their work environment visually and spatially. This familiarity ensures a smooth transition from virtual training to actual production, enabling them to apply their learned knowledge seamlessly.

In tutorial mode, users follow narrated instructions to complete tasks specific to their roles. They receive feedback from various elements such as text boxes, highlighted models, directional cues, and sound effects confirming or correcting actions.

Progress through the module depends on correctly performing tasks. If mistakes occur, the narrator guides users through corrections before they can proceed. At the module's end, users can review an error log and see how long it took to complete the sequence. These records are stored in a database for evaluation.

The application also records trainee names and their supervising instructor to verify successful completion or identify those needing additional training.

Assessment mode replays modules for scoring based on user accuracy and errors during task completion. This mode helps gauge proficiency and readiness for real-world production challenges.
