Production Line VR Training for New Operators
A role based VR training experience for Bosch that introduces new production line employees to their work area, then evaluates the sequence independently.

On This Page
New operators need more than a list of actions before they step onto a production line. This VR training experience introduces the workstation as a complete environment—its layout, safety points, tools, and material areas—so the task has spatial context before the first shift begins.
Learn the Station Before the Line
Role specific modules let a learner enter the relevant work area without waiting for a production window. The virtual station recreates the elements that give each task its context and lets the sequence be examined before it must be carried out at pace.
Guide the Sequence, Then Let It Stand on Its Own
Tutorial mode uses narration, text, highlighted models, directional cues, and sound feedback to guide the procedure. When an action is incorrect, the learner receives a correction before continuing; assessment mode then replays the sequence without that guidance to evaluate accuracy.

Leave a Useful Record
At the end of a module, the experience records errors and completion time alongside the trainee and supervising instructor. The goal is not simply a completed simulation, but a record that can support the next training conversation.
- Role specific modules that can be started individually or as a group.
- A virtual replica of the relevant workstation and safety context.
- Tutorial and assessment modes with records for review.
